Privacy policy
UX Design Lab collects only the information needed to respond to inquiries, communicate about work, and operate the site responsibly.
What information may be collected
Contact inquiries may include your name, email address, company, role, project type, and message. Site operations may also collect basic usage data such as page requests, device information, and aggregated analytics events.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to inquiries, evaluate fit, communicate about services or products you asked about, and maintain site performance and security.
Analytics
UX Design Lab may use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to understand high-level site usage. The implementation is configured to avoid sending form contents and to avoid including URL query strings in page-view events.
CRM and forms
Some focused service landing pages may use embedded HubSpot forms to capture business inquiries, source page, offer interest, and campaign parameters. Personal and free-text inquiry information should stay in the form and CRM, not analytics events.
What UX Design Lab does not do
Inquiry information is not sold. It is not used for unrelated marketing campaigns or list subscriptions without an explicit request from you.
